Managed the guest experience inside the VIP hospitality lounges at Estadio Azteca, handling check-in, seating, and service for around 500 high-profile guests across 5 matchdays.
Schedules changed with little notice, so I prioritized on the spot and stayed in constant contact with security and venue staff so the guest experience never showed the pressure behind it.
Supported the international operations team responsible for competition equipment, making sure every piece met technical and classification requirements ahead of each session.
One equipment error could affect an athlete's eligibility, so I double-checked every detail against strict Paralympic protocol with a multinational team, across language differences.
Coordinated athlete transport and arrivals before the championship, then managed venue production and visuals during competition, alongside the live streaming broadcast.
We bridged the language barrier with the Georgian team through simple language, visual cues and constant check-ins, while splitting focus between the venue and the stream.
Coordinated the fans selected to enter alongside the artist, managing section upgrades from B to A, then locating each fan and personally walking them to their spot.
With around 40,000 people in the stadium, I kept track of specific fans in the crowd and made every upgrade happen without holding up the flow of the show.
Coordinated the arrival of 20 artists with the backstage team and had every dressing room ready. Once the broadcast went live, I walked each artist to backstage in time for their performance.
Twenty schedules at once meant constant check-ins, catching delays early, and adjusting the lineup on the fly when an artist needed more time.
Supported anti-doping procedures for around 48 players, following official WTA protocol and chaperoning athletes through each stage of the process.
